This vignette is inspired by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow's poem "A Psalm of Life". Or more specifically, the stanza that reads "Leave your footprints in the sands of time". The line is up for your interpetation, but I found it to be a good excuse to use the footprint technique, seen below.
